Just messing around and making some let me know what you think. Most of the art so far is by Kraus on deviant art, Make sure to check them out they are a great artist. That would make Blue-eyes more powerful.. how about 3 level 5 or higher toon monsters? Banishing itself makes sense, but the card text takes up a lot of space so excluding that clause would be nice. I wish this excluded toon world specifically from its destruction. Absolutely perfect, except maybe prevent attacking turn 1? Maybe make the LP effect only work during MP1 so it's not ridiculous? Also exclude toon world from sent cards? change the "then" portion to seperate effect maybe? Love this art OMG. "If a toon monster WOULD BE destroyed: you can banish this card from the GY instead."
