My first try at making an archetype

For a first attempt this is amazing

Effects are written (Activation requirement: Cost; effect) and it doesn't need to have all 3 parts. EX. (Once per turn, you can target 1 "Wasptrooper Soldier" in your GY; add it to your hand.)

The "Bug" type in yugioh is insect.

You can have when effects but for the sake of modern good effects I would replace every instance of "when" with "if".

Capitalization at start of sentences and certain words like "Special Summon" would be nice.

If an effect says to Special Summon something, specify from where.

Flip monsters exist and you could name it as a subtype for a few of your monsters.

Where is the card "Hero of the Bug World"

Ritual monster missing monster type.

All in all, this is a very weak archetype by todays standards and might have seen play in the early 2000s, but that's fine. It's a very beatdown based stratagy. I would love to see some spells and traps as support, especially that ritual spell.

 

I responded to this from a very realistic lens despite it being posted in casual. Please ask if you want anything elaborated upon.
