Sleepy
Rare Crystal Evaluation [Spell] Place 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your hand or your Monster Zone into your Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Spell, and if you do, draw 2 cards. Then, if there are 5 or more "Crystal Beast" Monster Cards with different names on your field and/or GY, draw 1 more card. You can banish this card from your GY: Add from your Deck or GY to your hand 1 "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins". - - - - - - Rare Value used to be a staple in the deck back in 2007 but nowadays just cycling is no longer broken and if you think about it, the card is really outdated. You need 2+ Crystal Beasts already crystalized in the S/T Zones as setup to make it live, it costs 1 of them that the opponent chooses so it actively rectracts you from your deck's goal, and lastly, because it doesn't have "Crystal" in the name is isn't even searchable by Rainbow Bridge. So this advances your setup and encourages you to run more Crystal Beast cards at least as techs for a little extra bonus. Otherwise really only Carbuncle and Pegasus and the new Crystal Beast Rainbow Dragon are even worthwhile, with Eagle being somewhat popular for recycling when the game allowed that time of day (and afterwards because Lightning Chidori could use it). Tiger and Mamoth were casually alright 15 years ago, and Cat and Turtle have virtually never been good. I guess there's also the Pendulum Scale ones but to be honest I don't like those at all and would rather run Cat and Turtle over them. Rainbow Ruins is not among the reasons Terraforming and Metaverse got limited, and so it deserves a decent search engine IMO. This has the "Foolish Burial Goods" engine on top of Crystal S/T support. From how specific Field Spell searching has been evolving I think the game is close to powercreeping the generic ones anyways, so I guess they'll just stay limited because they don't wanna touch Mystic Mine and keep errata-boosting Necrovalley..... a-anyways.... Here's the card xD
Loleo
This is at best a +3, searchable, adds to your win con, and is a field spell search... and Crystal Beasts need it.
Rayfield Lumina
If I may: add from your Deck or GY to your hand 1 "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" ---> add 1 "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" from your Deck or GY to your hand. Usual order. Anywho, despite the aforementioned issues in the card that are intended for balance, no HOPT in a possible +3 card seems way too much. After all, once the criteria for the additional draw is met, you could activate copies of this boi for max effect alright. This is just me, but I wish the first effect had a HOPT

This is just me, but I wish the first effect had a HOPT Fair assessment since the +0 nature of rare value doesn't really translate here even with the base effect. That and the odd order tell me I haven't made cards in enough time to start getring rusty. I'll edit when I get home in around 5 or 6 hours from this post. Thanks both of you guys. Crystal Beasts arguably would still not be broken with this at the moment but it is the kind of design that can be a ticking time bomb so I agree.
