Made this with the intend of using it in my new archetype, but it turned out to be pretty generic, except for one Wyrm related thing, also it supports the Pendulum archetype, as I found those to be interesting tech tools in my archetype, so why not? It does quite a few things, it's easy to get out, but you can only control 1, it's able to add face-down Pendulums in the Extra Deck to face-up instead, getting some Pendulum Extra Deck monsters out a lot easier, and it's able to add a "Pendulum" card from your Deck to your hand and re-Special Summon itself from the Pendulum Zone, and it's a Level 7 Wyrm making it useful for my new archetype

Pendulum Effect:
If a Wyrm monster(s) is Pendulum Summoned: You can Special Summon this card, then destroy 1 card on the field. During your Main Phase: You can add 1 "Pendulum" Pendulum Monster or "Pendulum" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each Pendulum Effect of "Pendulum Wyrm Overlord" once per turn.

Monster Effect:
2 Pendulum Monsters with different Pendulum Scales
Must first be either Fusion Summoned, Pendulum Summoned, or Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by banishing the above monsters you control. You can only control 1 "Pendulum Wyrm Overlord" in your Monster Zone. During your Main Phase: You can add 1 face-down Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck to your Extra Deck face-up. (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 card; place this card in your Pendulum Zone, and if you do, it cannot be destroyed by your opponent's effects until the end of this turn. You can only use each Monster Effect of "Pendulum Wyrm Overlord" once per turn.
