Stealth : this card cant set or change into face-down defense position. This card can be seted or change only in face-down attack position. A stealth monster can declare attack when in a face-down attack position but when it does the card will be fliped. In addition stealth monster can be flip summoned only by change their battle position by face-down attack position in face-up defense position.

A face-down or set attack position monster ( stealth) works the same way as a set defense position monster. With the only difference you see above. Short story stealth mechanic means you set in attack position while you summon face-up into defense position.

Soon i will add an archetype with the name shadow ninja that will use that mechanic

Keep in mind a couple specifications about the concept of battle positions in the game:
Changing a monster from face-down Defense Position to face-up Defense Position, or vice versa, I believe is officially treated as a change in position even though the monster technically never stopped being in Defense Position. I've never seen this outright stated anywhere but automatic systems like YGOPro seem to treat it that way from what I can infer. Meanwhile face-down Attack Position is that 4th position that the game not that long ago got around to completely illegalize and nullify out of the game by changing how the card "Darkness Approaches" works. The card released back in like 2001 used to say it flips a monster down without changing its position, now it specifies it always changes to face-down Defense Position regardless of the position it held before.

The above is just in case any of the trivia you might find helpful for developing your mechanic... about the card itself or my opinion on the mechanic, well....

To be honest I'm not sure what the practical use of it is completely. I guess it is fine to have face-down Attack Position monster that are immunte to face-up targeting or counters, so there might be some exploits, but like..... the "can or can't" details about how it can or cannot change positions is a bit convoluted. My brain stops working by the second line of text. Thus, I haven't been able to grasp it in full as the text sounds a bit huh.... sliced in chunks.

Can you post the card's full effect under the card? It is kind of hard to read as is because of how much text there is and maybe I can suggest a text alteration or something else going from there.

Well the specific card. It was Just an example.

The text in an aproporate way is

If that monster fliped because of battle increase this monster atk by 1000 and your oponent cant response with card effects in battle inlcuding this card until end of that turn.  Your oponent cant response in that effect activation with card effects.

If this monster destroy a monster by battle During end of that turn. You can change that monster battle position into face-down attack position.

One edit is for stealth mechanics.

Any card that would change a stealth monster into face-down defense position will change its position into face-down attack position instead.

Now for some more Simple and better explanation.

Imagine link monsters. They dont have defense position. Stealth monsters doesnt have face-down defense position. Instead they have face-down attack position.

Example: if you are about to normal summon the above card, you could either normal summon it into face-up defense position. Or set it into face-down attack position

Now the tricky things stealth mechanics would allow.

Normal summon face-up defense position monster.

A little immunity into effects change monster battle position into face-down defense position and cant change its battle position. As long this card could still declare attack and fliped into face-up attack position as part of battle and not by changing its battle position.

A blind attack into a set monster could cost you some lp. A blind attack into a set stealth monster could cost you your monster as well.

Flip effects activation as part of your attack as well faster flip activation. As long you could set the monster and declare attack During the turn you set it.
