Minuscule Angel, Grande Angel and Énorme Angel

Name: Minuscule Angel

Attribute: LIGHT

ATK/DEF: 100/400

Effect:

Must be Special Summoned by revealing 1 "Petit Angel" in your hand (this effect can only be used once per turn). If you control at least 1 "Petit Angel", or if there is at least 1 "Petit Angel" in your hand: The name of this card on your field becomes "Petit Angel". When this Defense Position monster is targeted for battle: Flip a coin and call the outcome. If you call the outcome correctly: Negate the attack. If this card is destroyed by battle: You take no battle damage this turn. Once per turn, if this card is destroyed by battle: You can add 1 "Petit Angel" from your deck to your hand.

 

Name: Grande Angel

Attribute: LIGHT

Type: Fairy/Fusion/Effect

Level: 4

ATK/DEF: 1600/1900

Effect:

2 Fairy Monsters

Must be either Fusion Summoned or Special Summoned by tributing 1 "Petit Angel". When this Defense Position monster is targeted for battle: Flip a coin and call the outcome. If you call the outcome correctly: Negate the attack. If this card is destroyed by battle: You take no battle damage this turn; Other monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle this turn. Once per turn, if this card is destroyed by battle: You can banish 1 "Petit Angel" from your hand or GY, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your extra deck in face-up Defense Position.

 

Name: Énorme Angel

Attribute: LIGHT

Type: Fairy/Fusion/Effect

Level: 7

ATK/DEF: 2600/2900

Effect:

3 Fairy Monsters

Must be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by tributing 2 "Petit Angel"(s) or 1 "Grande Angel". When a monster you control is targeted for battle: You can flip a coin and call the outcome, and if you call the outcome correctly, negate the attack. If this card is destroyed by battle: You take no battle damage this turn; Other monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle this turn. Once per turn, if this card is destroyed by battle: Shuffle all LIGHT monsters in your hand and GY into your deck; Inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each LIGHT monster shuffled into your deck by this effect.

Minuscule Angel have a couple of smoool things that can be fixed.

Toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, negate the attack.

Simple and straightforward wording for that kind of effect. In addition, I feel the "Once per turn" clause in the last effect is unnecessary. It is a Soft Once per turn clause, which means it can be repeated if the same monsters were to return to the field and be destroyed again, or a copy of it happens to be destroyed as well. If you want the effect to only happen once per turn no matter what, which is the thing I suspect you're going to, use Hard Once per turn Clause (HOPT).

if this card is destroyed by battle: You can add 1 "Petit Angel" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Minuscule Angel" once per turn.

The name change really doesn't matter for this clause AFAIK.

Grande Angel

requires the same adjustment in the toss a coin effect. I'm confused about that Petite Angel Tribute requirement. I might be wrong, of course, but I don't remember a precedent of a Fusion Mob that lists a number of materials for its Summon AND says that it requires a Tribute. I'ts... strange. Kinda feels like you'd have to send materials to the GY + Tributing at the same time with the current wording. It's too much of a cost, at any rate, I'd say it's much simpler if in the listed required materials, you ask "2 Fairy monsters, including a "Petit Angel".

Énorme Angel

I love the name lol. Anywho, the adjustments lie in a combination of the two above.
