You can only use the following effects of "Destiny HERO - Des Phoenix Enforcer" once per turn. * (Quick Effect): You can have each player send 1 card they control to the GY, then, inflict 1000 points of damage to each player that didn't send a monster to the GY by this effect. Each player must control at least 1 card to activate and resolve this effect. * During your Standby Phase: You can Special Summon this card from your GY.
