Blue Arcana
(Inspired by Thomas Zero's "Paladin of Red Dragon & Red Dragon Ritual) Paladin of Star Dragon WIND / Level 4 / Dragon / Ritual / Effect ATK 2000 / DEF 2500 You can Ritual Summon this card with "Star Dragon Ritual". During each turn, the first time this card or a "Junk", "Stardust" or "Warrior" Synchro monster you control would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can reveal 1 "Junk", "Stardust" or "Warrior" Synchro monster in your Extra Deck; banish monsters from your GY (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner) whose total Levels exactly equal that monster, and if you do, Special Summon that monster (This is treated as a Synchro Summon). You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck, except "Junk", "Stardust" and "Warrior" Synchro monsters. Star Dragon Ritual Ritual Spell You can use this card to Ritual Summon "Paladin of Star Dragon" from your hand or GY. You must also tribute monsters from your hand or field and/or sending Warrior or Machine monsters (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner) from your Deck to the GY whose total Levels equal that monster's Level. If you control no monsters: You can banish this card and monsters from your GY (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner) whose total Levels equal exactly 8; Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Extra Deck or GY (This is treated as a Synchro Summon). Rayfield Lumina
I don't have much to say here, pretty nice work with both cards. Fan of protective effects, the "The first time I'd be destroyed, I'm not" style is good to see as it's not as annoyingly absolute as other anti destruction effects yet it obliges the opponent to consume resources to take care of your bois. The second "on opponent's turn" effect is pretty damn clever. As for the Spell, highly balanced, though I wonder if letting you send the bois from the Deck to the GY to perform the Ritual is somewhat OP. That's what you're gonna do 99% of the time ig, and sending mobs to the GY is, more than a cost, a sweet advantage. The rest of the effect is cool. Detective Doggo pro. Such an honor, but I'll give you that, milling stuff with this would be OP if it was real.
DifferentDimensionVanessa
Given all the utilities of these cards, especially the Spell, I think I'd want to see the Ritual Magic work like any traditional Ritual Spell - where it will only Ritual Summon a monster already in your hand. If someone wants to play Rituals, I think they should have to use the regular engines to search Ritual cards.
