(1) When your opponent activates a card or effect in their hand or GY during your turn (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; negate the activation, then you can make both players send 1 card from their hand to the GY. (2) A Synchro Monster that used this card as material gains this effect. ● Monsters Special Summoned from your opponent's Extra Deck cannot activate their effects the turn they are Summoned. LIGHT/Beast/Synchro/Effect Level 8 3100/2800 1 Level 3 or lower Tuner + 1 non-Tuner monsters Must be Synchro Summoned. (1) If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can activate the appropriate effect(s), depending on the non-Tuner monster(s) used as Synchro Material; ● Ritual Monster: You can negate the effects of all face-up Spells/Traps your opponent controls. ● Fusion Monster: Until the end of your next turn, your opponent must Tribute 1 monster they control to activate monster effects. ● Synchro Monster: This card is unaffected by other card effects and its ATK is doubled. Well Made Card! One little thing, the first effect can't be a quick effect because it can only be activated during your turn. I like what this is going for! I believe the highest ATK level 8 synchro that exist has 3k and since it has an ATK doubling effect I would suggest a 3k base. In the effect you say "Effects" but unless you're using a synchro tuner and a ritual monster, the current material requirement hinders this (so just one extra +!). For flavor purposes the "Tribute" effect feels better on the ritual monster and it would make the card more balanced.
