You can only use each effect of this card’s name once per turn. (1) You can discard this card and 1 other EARTH monster; add 1 EARTH monster with 1850 or less ATK and the same original Type as either of the discarded monsters from the Deck to the hand, also you cannot activate monster effects for the rest of this turn, except EARTH monsters. (2) When a EARTH monster you control is destroyed by battle while this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card. 1850/1500
Kokoroshi
Uh oh, more charmers. Seriously Konami, what’s your infatuation with this archetype!

I mean, this one is just a continuation of the "channeler" series of charmers, right? They're simply more generic Attribute support. ...now, the big question is whether they will actually finish this set of charmers (given neither LIGHT nor DARK have their familiar effect monsters/a cataclysmic form). Back on topic though, the first thing that popped into my head with this was Machines. Ancient Gear Box mitigates the minus while also allowing you to get certain monsters with over 1850 ATK. It can also just help trade bricky power plays for more consistency. That being said, this is prime Ash bait so... yeah.
The Highlander
The only thing that I can think of with regards to this card is that this is good G Golem support. Discarding G Golem Pebble Dog allows it to float into another G Golem card and unlike Cynet Mining this can actually search G Golem Rock Hammer. Not enough to make G Golem a functional archetype (due to the early Marincess syndrome of having too few maindeck cards one wants to run), however a step in the right direction.
