The Highlander
I guess there were archetypes that like to blindly self mill, but not many that directly encorporate it into their playstyle. All things considered these appear to be quite strong.

Wouldn't have hurt to have waited for the Org article regardless.

To be fair the translation was also made by someone else and there is no real reason to wait if we can have these reveals earlier. What I would have liked though would be a source where these were revealed, given that there were cases of custom cards accidentally ending up in this section (though to be fair the [POTE] in the title is probably enough and that is not necessary). These were revealed in the OCG Times stream alongside the Melffy cards. I get where you're coming from, if there was a link to the YT stream in the OP for instance. The Highlander
I went over the potential Fusion monsters these can summon and the ones that caught my attention are: - El Shaddoll Winda (Shaddolls also synergize with all the milling) - Predaplant Dracostapelia (a definite staple, given the fact that Tiaraments Ketokalos milling any of the fusion enablers can summon this) - Mudragon of the Swamp (always a potential 1-off staple to have a backup target) - Millenium-Eyes Restrict (only requires a "useless" Relinquished that after being milled enables another monster negation Fusion) - All Despians (also since some of them have GY floating) - some Albaz Fusions - Archfiend's Manifestation (not really good, but still funny) - Starving Venemy Dragon Out of these options Predaplant Dracostapelia is the most notable, given that it does not require any maindeck space, only a single ED space, is deceptively easy to summon and supplies monster effect control. Also the deck would likely want to play cards such as Therions' "Leaper" Fam, (Mare of the Shore), Needlebug Nest, Titanocider, Lost Wind etc
