This card cannot be Normal Summoned. Must be Special Summoned from the hand, during a turn in which your opponent activate the effect of a monster they control, by tributing all face-up monsters on the field. This card gains 1500 ATK for each monster tributed by its own effect. During your End Phase, you can target 1 monster in your opponent's GY; Special Summon it. You can only activate this effect of "Kulika Cherub" once per turn.

I guess another card that punishes negation boards. As soon as the last negation is lured out this card will break the entire board ... and then the opponent with its insane ATK stat.

Also it just hit me that the mass tributing might not be an effect, but a summoning condition, similar ot The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode, in which case this might be the single best card to crack open massive negation boards.

Edit: Nvm, if this card only answers monsters, which already activated their effects, then it is hardly useful.

I can see this being a Secret in TCG, and people saying "Nibiru could be considered the budget option for this." Anywho, the effect on the Org article says that this only trbiutes monsters who activated an effect this turn, and makes you think when to drop this to have the best possible impact on your opponent's boardstate.

Hey, it is a card that can permanently reach high ATK and getting rid of monsters that already used their effects isn't too bad! great way to clean up!
