I must say I did not expect them to release G Golem, so they might also eventually release Judgement Arrows and Armatos Legio.

Royal Straight Slasher sounds bad at first, but honestly going up to (+5) as a "cost" for blowing up the opponent's field is flashy (also Royal Straight being able to summon the other combinations of the 3 Poker Knights, as well as being able to grab Royal Straight Slasher from the GY, is also nice).

Dyna Base and Dyna Tank are also interesting (but as far as I can tell very mediocre).

The G Golems are definitely interesting in that they have good Links and good maindeck monsters, however, similar to Marincess before their recent support, they lack the number of members to build an actual deck (especially since G Golem Rock Hammer is difficult to search in any way that actually allows the player to use him the same turn). Eventually original support will probably give them enough playable members (unless they end up forgotten).

Also G Golem Pebble Dog + Gravity Balance or just G Golem Rock Hammer + any Cyberse can immediately go into G Golem Crystal Heart + G Golem Invalid Dolmen, by first making G Golem Stubborn Menhir, then using that for G Golem Crystal Heart and reviving G Golem Stubborn Menhir and something with it.

Due to how generic G Golem Invalid Dolmen is one could also use the remaining 4th Pebble Dog from G Golem Pebble Dog + Gravity Balance with G Golem Crystal Heart to end on a co-linked G Golem Invalid Dolmen and Honeybot, which does not sound bad (of course the dream board would be G Golem Invalid Dolmen + Honeybot + Knightmare Cerberus).

Trillithon's second effect... why did they even include the ATK lowering, it just feels like a waste of card space.

"(2) Once per battle, if this card battles an opponent’s monster, during damage calculation: You can send 1 EARTH monster from your hand to the GY; until the end of this turn, that opponent’s monster loses 200 ATK, also its effects are negated."

I think he's nice, the quick play spell will probably never be used tho.

Yeah the change target effect is fun, I think it's for Dino Ruffia? (Whatever those having your life Dino's are).

Royal Straight Slasher cannot be summoned without the Quickplay Spell tho, so if that won't see play neither will Royal Straight Slasher (unless you want to make a case for "A Wild Monster Appears!").

ah fair yeah, A Wild Monster appears seems nice, but it isn't easy to get in hand and the deck doesn't have many monsters that can't be normal summoned. Damn you need all 3 in hand/field and a specific spell? It hardly seems worth it!

Basically you need Joker's Knight + King's Knight or Joker's Straight + any discard target to get them out, also the specific Spell can be used if you get it and if not you can use Joker's Wild to tutor it from your deck (or Thunderspeed Summon or you just Xyz Summon).

The chokepoint of the Poker Knights remains to be Joker's Straight.
