Elemental HERO Necroid Neos Level 7/DARK/Warrior/Fusion/effect 'Elemental HERO Neos + Elemental HERO Necroshade' Cannot be summoned except by fusion summon. Once per turn you can target 1 ''HERO'' monster in your GY; activate that monsters effect. While this card is face up on the field you can normal summon or set ''HERO'' monsters without tributing.
