TrashieBoi
I've finally had the time to do some new cards and change the effects of cards so I will be showing them and hopefully, they are better and more balanced than when I previously posted the original cards with their original effects. It is thanks to Loleo and his suggestions that most of these cards are in a much better position. I did change some of his suggestions for some cards and others were entirely my own. I also made them all fire attribute to fit with the name "Ignatius" since it does mean flame. Lastly, criticism and feedback are greatly appreciated on balancing these cards. The only card that didn't change (outside of its attribute): Effect: If you control no "Ignatius" monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). A monster that would Tribute this card to Summon itself on your side of the field gains this effect. ● Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can banish one "Kage, Confidant of Adeen" from your hand, GY, or deck, then target one Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Kage, Confidant of Adeen" once per turn. (This card is always treated as an "Ignatius" card.) The two cards that got a complete makeover: Effect: If this card is Tribute Summoned: Set as many cards on your opponent's side of the field face-down as possible equal to the number of your Banished cards, and if you do, all set cards your opponent controls cannot be flipped face-up until the end of their next turn. If "Adeen, Prince of the Forgotten Ignatius" is banished, your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. While this card is on the field or Banished, all Tribute Summoned monsters you control inflict double piercing battle damage when attacking a Defense Position monster. Effect: You can activate this card the same turn it is set if you do not control "The Revived Ignatius Kingdom". Your opponent cannot target other "Ignatius" cards and Tribute Summoned monsters with card effects. If you successfully Tribute Summon a monster, you can send 1 card your opponent controls or randomly from their hand to the GY. If this card is destroyed or banished; Banish all cards on the field face-down, until the end of the next turn. Neither player can activate monster effects in response to the activation of this card's previous effect. Your opponent's cards banished by this card's effect are treated as your banished cards. You can use each effect of "Ruins of the Ignatius Kingdom" once per turn. Every other card that got changes on their effects: Effect: You can banish this card from your hand, then excavate the top cards of your deck until you excavate an "Ignatius" card(s) up to the number of your Banished cards, and if you do, choose one of the excavated cards; apply one of the following effects depending on what card was chosen. ● Monster: If it is level 5 or higher, you can add it to your hand or Tribute monsters from your hand and/or on either side of the field to Tribute Summon it directly from the deck. If it is level 4 or lower add it to your hand or Special Summon it. ● Spell/Trap: Add it to your hand You can only use this effect of "Adeen, Prince of the Forgotten Ignatius" once per turn. Effect: This card gains these effects depending on the number of your banished cards. ● 1+: All monsters can count up to 2 Tributes for the summon of a monster that requires more than 1 Tribute. ● 2+: All "Ignatius" and Tribute Summoned monsters on the field gain 300 ATK for every banished "Ignatius" card. ● 3+: Once per turn, if a card(s) in your possession is banished by a card effect (except during the damage step): You can draw 1 card. ● 4+: Once per turn, you can return one of your Banished Cards to your Deck, then target 1 card on the field; place it at the bottom of the owner's Deck. ●5+: Your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to the activation of Tribute Summoned monsters and "Ignatius" card effects. Effect: Banish 1 "Ignatius" card from your hand or shuffle 1 level 5 or higher monster from your hand or 1 of your banished cards to your deck; Draw 2 cards. If an "Ignatius" card(s) and/or Tribute Summoned monsters you control would be destroyed or banished, you can banish this card from your GY instead. The new cards: Effect: You can only use each effect of the following effects of "Albrun, Magician of the Forgotten Ignatius" once per turn. If this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned: You can Banish 1 card from your Deck or GY, then add 1 card of the same type as the banished card from your Deck to your hand, immediately after this effect resolves, you can Normal Summon 1 monster. A monster that would Tribute this card to summon itself on your side of the field gains this effect. ● Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can Banish one "Albrun, Magician of the Forgotten Ignatius" from your hand, Deck, or GY; negate the activation, and if you do, banish it. Effect: If this card is Tribute Summoned: Banish cards from the top of your opponent's Deck or randomly from their Extra Deck face-down equal to the number of your Banished cards. Once per turn, if "Albrun, Magician of the Forgotten Ignatius" is banished (Quick Effect): During your opponent's Main Phase or Battle Phase, you can Tribute Summon 1 monster. While this card is on the field or Banished, all Special Summoned monsters on your side of the field are also treated as Tribute Summoned monsters. Effect: During your Main Phase, you can Tribute Summon 1 monster, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (Even after this card leaves the field. You can only gain this effect once per turn.) If an "Ignatius" card or Tribute Summoned monster activates an effect, you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower monster that mentions "Tribute" from your hand, deck, or that is banished in Defense Position, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can banish this card from your field or GY; Add 1 "Ignatius" Spell/Trap or 1 Spell/ Trap that mentions "Tribute" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Journey to Rebuild the Ignatius Kingdom" once per turn. Effect: Once during this turn, if you would Tribute a monster for a Tribute Summon, you can banish 1 monster in either player's GY as Tribute. You can banish this card from your GY, then add 1 of your banished "Ignatius" cards to your hand or add 1 level 5 or higher monster that mentions "Tribute Summoned" or 1 level 4 or lower monster that mentions "Tribute " from your deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Battle for Territory of the Ignatius Kingdom" once per turn. Your opponent's monsters that are banished by this card's effect are always treated as your banished cards while banished.
Kokoroshi
Nice, been a while since I saw an archetype based around tribute summoning other than monarchs, looks good.

Yeah, since tribute summon archetypes generally aren't experimented much with I thought why not see what I can make with one that would like cards to be banished to gain additional effects on the field spell and monsters that you would tribute summon. Monarchs being my favorite archetype also helped with motivation and turned out nice since you could probably use these cards as an engine for it. I'm also glad you think they look good. TrashieBoi
A new card for the archetype that is based on stormforth has been added and with a slight change to journey's 2nd effect that adds the text "on your side of the field" to hopefully take full advantage of the newest card.
