Anyways, you  all know I love me some retrains, and love me some new-ground-breaking gaming experiences, so here's the above-average of both worlds in an Eldeen retrain.

And for those wondering why the speed of the effects are what they are, and whether this has any use besides Spellcaster goodstuff, I only have three words for you:

Lore: You can Tribute 1 other Spellcaster monster from your hand or field: draw 1 card and reveal it, and if it is a Spellcaster monster, draw 1 more card. Once while face-up on the field (Quick Effect): You can send 1 Level 2 or lower Spellcaster monster from your Deck to the GY; place 1 Level 4 or higher Spellcaster monster from your Deck with the same Attribute on the top of your Deck. You can only use each effect of "Eldeen Ring" once per turn.
