POTE-JP020 Gem-Knight Quartz
Level 4/EARTH/Fairy/Effect
You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) If your opponent controls a monster: You can discard this card; Set 1 “Fusion” Continuous Spell directly from your Deck, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except “Gem-Knight” monsters.
(2) If this card is used as material for Fusion Summon, and sent to the GY or banished: You can add 1 “Gem-Knight” monster from your GY to your hand, except “Gem-Knight Quartz”.

(This card is always treated as a “Gem-Knight” card.)
You can only use the 1st effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) You can discard 1 “Gem-Knight” or “Melodious” card; Special Summon this card from your hand.
(2) Once per turn: You can send 1 “Gem-Knight” or “Melodious” monster from your Extra Deck to the GY; this card’s name, Type, and Attribute become the sent monster’s original name, Type, and Attribute until the End Phase.

1 “Gem-Knight” monster + 1 Fairy monster
(1) The first time a “Gem-Knight” monster(s) you control would be destroyed by card effect during each opponent’s turn, it is not destroyed.
(2) When your opponent activates a monster effect during your turn (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 “Gem-Knight” card from your GY, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; destroy it.

POTE-JP062 Scatter Fusion
Spell/Continuous
You can only use the 1st effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) If your opponent controls a monster: You can Fusion Summon 1 non-Rock “Gem-Knight” Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your Deck as Fusion Material, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except “Gem-Knight” monsters. When this card leaves the field, destroy that monster(s).

I am not sure if they are serious about those.

Scatter Fusion is a discount Brilliant Fusion that is only usable from turn 2 onwards.

Gem-Knight Quartz is useful, but has the same issue of being useless in one's hand turn 1.

Gem-Knight Lady Rose Diamond is really terrible. Having interruption, but not during the right turn and in that case it cannot even negate handtraps. As if that were not enough its protection during the opponent's turn is a joke.

Brilliant Rose is useful to get out Gem-Knight Phantom Quarz (with an unnecessary -1). I do not see the point in the second effect, apart from setting up more materials for Quarz or Gem-Knight Master Diamond.

 

The issue is that the new tools in Scatter Fusion and Gem-Knight Quarz are dead turn 1, have no targets that are actual worth summoning (outside of the Gem-Knight FTK cards, which really do want tools that cannot even get them out fast enough) and for no reason lock the player into the relatively worthless Gem-Knight Extra Deck.

 

I have to say that in comparison the Amazoness support cards look broken.
