Hey all, first post! So I kinda made a counter for decks that like to put a ton of cards in hand. The main culprit for this is of course Maxx "C". I dunno how many times I've seen someone who's going second drop a Maxx C and the first turn player just passes. And then there's those times when the first turn player accepts the challenge at their own peril, putting half the deck into their opponent's hand at the end of a full combo. This nearly always gives the 2nd turn player everything they need to take the field and win, I have done this myself several times. Other decks that have done with in my experience have been Herald of Ultimateness putting a ton of fairies in their hand for the negate ammo, and of course some Exodia decks. 

The idea for this counter card is to not just be exclusively a counter card, but also one that can be used in other ways. This way, if your opponent doesn't play large hands, you can at least not be completely bricked by it. A friend has told me it's very OP, so I'vebeen tempted to add to the bottom, if the field effect is activated, you can't special for the rest of the turn, as it could lead people right back into full combos.

If your opponent has 8 or more cards in their hand (Quick Effect): You can discard this card, then banish one Monster you control. Shuffle your opponent's entire hand back into the deck and then they draw 5 cards. Then, if you have not Normal Summoned this turn, you can Normal Summon or Set one monster who's level is equal to or less than the level of the Monster banished by this effect from your Deck. You can only activate this effect once per turn. If this normal summoned card is sent from the field to the GY, draw one card.

I know this is casual but wanted to offer tips. "Then, if you have not Normal Summoned this turn," I think gaining an extra normal summon would be nice if this card resolves. Love how it works!
