Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 card on the field; this turn, if that card would leave the field, banish it instead. You can only target "Dimensional Witch" with this effect once per turn. If this card is banished by this effect: You can Special Summon it during the End Phase.

The main idea came from Dosolfachord Beautea's effect, which I expanded on to make that last effect, making it quick and affecting any kind of card on either field, including herself. Escapes bouncing effects, ruins GY recuirters or potential setup, turns MST into Cosmic Cyclone, makes Kaijus harsher.

The effect is a "soft once per turn". The second clause isn't a hard OPT clause traditionally speaking. Was thinking of how Stardust Dragon can return in the End Phase after its own effect, then get attempted destroyed, Tribute itself again to negate that, revive itself instantly because it is technically still the End Phase and it can, and repeat however many times it wishes to. Since my card here is a lot more versatile for coming back, she can only escape via her own effect in a hard OPT fashion, and during the End Phase it can still re-use the effect in a similar soft OPT fashion, so long as it isn't pointing at herself for it (otherwise the card would be pretty much immortal). If you have multiple copies on board, each can have the effect once per turn but only 1 of them could target 1 of them once that turn...... is this too confusing of an explanation? I hope what I mean gets across xD

You can Summon this card off of any Level 4 DARK Spellcaster + Transmodify if you want to bring it out soon enough (just a random option xD )

As someone who DETESTS Graveyard bullshit, this puts a smile on my face. Imagine using this on Eldlich for example.

Destruction has lost so much meaning in this game. Destroying 1 card on the field means fucking nothing in this day and age.

As a fan of getting a second usage of cards I gradually toss into the GY, I gotta say I'm also not a fan of Eldlitch. I like more the concept of "it'll be useful later on one more time" but not so much the concept of "I'll re-use a third/fourth+ time and it'll pay up instantly". This means any GY hate nowadays becomes too much for my ideal, but barely enough for the degeneracy that actually exists nowadays.

Soooo yeah, a little something like this I'd like to see even as a GY lover xD
