Effect:

If you control a face-up "Numen erat Testudo"; Special Summon "Testudo erat Numen" from your hand, Deck, GY or banish zone, and if you do; Testudo erat Numen's Original DEF becomes 4000 OR; If you control a face-up "Testudo erat Numen"; Special Summon "Numen erat Testudo" from your hand, Deck, GY or Banish Zone, and if you do, Numen erat Testudo's original ATK becomes 4000. Until your next End Phase, neither of those monsters can be destroyed by battle or card effects, and the special summoned monster cannot leave the field by any means.

I'm bad at keeping track of things and am lazy, so I don't wanna edit both the card and the text. But it's supposed to say "Ignoring all summoning conditions", since both monsters kinda stop each other from ever being special summoned, whoopsie
