I will be listing the effects of the cards below the cards themselves.

If a "Far Away Star - Eevee" has already been Summoned before this is Summoned, you cannot activate the remainder of these effects. Otherwise:
* Once this is Summoned: You can pay 2000 LP or half your LP, whichever is less and if you do, change the Original Attack of this monster to 1500, its Original Defense to 1730, and its Level to 4. If your opponent also controls an "Eevee" monster, they have matching Original Attack/Original Defense equal to your opponent's "Eevee" monster whenever they enter battle during the Damage Step unless theirs has an effect that can change or set the Original Attack/Original Defense of a monster.

Cannot be Normal Summoned. Can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Far Away Star - Eevee" on your side of the Field. At the start of your Battle Phase, you may change the list of Attribute(s) that this has to just EARTH OR LIGHT. The first Equip card equipped to this that increases its DEF always changes it to 3000.

Cannot be Normal Summoned. Can only be Special Summoned by banishing 1 "Far Away Star - Eevee" OR 1 "Far Away Star - Rainbow Eevee" and 2 Spell/Trap cards on your side of the Field. When-- but after once, if-- a card effect would send this card to the GY, negate that effect. Add 3 Artist's Paint Counters (max. 3) to this card. If your opponent chooses to activate a Trap card or Field Spell card, you can remove 1 Artist's Paint Counter from this card; prevent their activation till the end of your next End Phase and have them face-down.

Now the first effect is all over the place. I don't think it needs the Original ATK/Original DEF Hard-Set Boost, but I could be wrong.

The second effect is simple enough; nothing I need to fix there.

And the third effect has two problems-- trying to word when but once and otherwise if in as few of words as possible, and trying to work out the price for summoning such a beast so that it is fair.

Other than that, I think I got these cards okay. I am open to suggestions.
