When this card is Xyz Summoned your opponent cannot activate effects until this card is in your GY. You can(Quick Effect) detach one material from this card then target one Xyz "Utopia" monster in your GY attach 2 cards from your Deck to it as material(this is treated as a Xyz Summon) but banish it when it leaves the Field. If your opponent would target a "Utopia" card on your Field: negate it then inflict damage 500 damage to your opponent for each Xyz material this card has. You can detach all materials from this card then for 5 turns your LP and cards cannot be affected by your opponents cards then Special Summon 3 "Utopia" Xyz monsters from your GY or Extra Deck then attach 3 cards from your GY, Hand, or Deck to each monster(this is treated as an Xyz Summon) also those monsters gain 1000 ATK/DEF.
