wanna take this to locals. R/F plz...

this deck was reworked from CRAB HELMET'S CHAIN GATE deck i saw a while back...

 

not being a OCG player, that deck was pretty useless to me, since the fusion monster used in that deck isn't allowed in the TCG...

 

it's just a prototype, so, be as harsh as humanly possible!!!

well then, i guess i should explain my strategy...

 

the deck has descent draw power with DESTINY DRAW, TRADE IN, DW DEALINGS, HAND DESTRUCTION, CARD DESTRUCTION and the FEAR MONGER + DISK COMMANDER combo...

 

getting CATAPULT TURTLE out is easy with MOTHER GRIZZLY. then all i need is to play the CHAIN GATE: FUSION GATE + CHAIN MATERIAL...

 

CHAIN MATERIAL allows me to use the fusion materials from my hand, field, Deck or Graveyard for the entire turn. that means i can bring out all of my DESTINY END DRAGOONS in 1 turn...

 

i can then destroy up to 3 of my opponent's monster using the effects of my DRAGOONS, with a high possibility of inflicting some painful Direct Damage...

 

in any case, i'd then tribute them all with CATAPULT TURTLE to inflict 4500 points of Direct Damage...

 

during the next turn, i can bring back at least 1 of my DRAGOONS - with all the hand destruction going on in this deck, there MUST be at least 1 D-HERO in my Graveyard at that time...

 

if my TURTLE was killed with an attack (i always keep it in DEF position), the attacking monster would have at least 2100 ATK. so i could use DRAGOON'S effect again to kill it and inflict at least 2100 damage. that would bring it up to 6700 damage at least...

 

if my TURTLE is still around, i just tribute my DRAGOONS again FTW...

 

all this damage without even attacking with my DRAGOONS. if i chose to go that route, DARK BRIBE, SOLEMN JUDGMENT, HEAVY STORM, GIANT TRUNADE and MST are there to clear the way...

 

i'm getting tired of typing...

 

i just hope you understand the deck better now...

well...

 

yes, 2x TRADE IN...

 

D. DRAW is mostly used on my low level D-HERO monsters...

 

TRADE IN for the high levels...

 

if you have read the explanation of how this Deck works - and i'm getting the feeling that you didn't - you should have realized that it would not be beneficial to me to have my D-HERO monsters RFGed...

 

i need PLASMA + DOGMA for the CHAIN GATE fusion, and the rest to revive DED...

 

so yeah, TRADE IN over ALLURE...

 

now, do you have any more questions, suggestions or comments...?

allure is banned

 

allure is semi-limited... :b

 

interesting not sure what i would change yet

 

i tried something new...

 

i'm working on 2 more CHAIN GATE decks: E-HERO and FGD...

 

but for now, i just need feedback on this one...

Your strategy sucks. Chain Material + Fusion Gate + Catapult Turtle is an OTK; using it to set up for later turns is stupid.

 

this deck consistently delivers a OTK...

 

in the times that it has failed to do so, i've never had my opponent make a comeback, and have always won during the next turn...
