This card is basically overpowered and the name doesn't do it any favors but other than that this is realistic. That being said, ignorance or no, this clearly isn't realistic-- to me-- so I'm putting it here rather than the realistic forum.

Comedy Radiance

Level 10/WIND

Winged-Beast/Effect

Cannot be Normal Summoned. Must be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters on your side of the Field. You may during the entirety of any Phase: Treat this card as a Field Spell (It is still treated as an Effect Monster.) If a card face-up on the Field has used more Tributes than this has to become Summoned: The Original Attack of this card becomes the Attack of that card or 4000, whichever is higher. While this is a Field Spell, you can play other Field Spells in the Spell/Trap Card Zone as Continuous Spells instead. (These stay as Continuous Spells in that case.); If they affect WIND monsters, they affect them with worth and costs double or twice that printed on themselves alone. (This card participates in every Battle Phase normally.)

ATK/4000 DEF/4000.

I would like to think that this would make a great boss card as-is, but in terms of balance, this is clearly out of whack.

Level 10/WIND

Winged-Beast/Effect

Cannot be Normal Summoned. Must be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters on your side of the Field. If a monster is summoned with higher original ATK than this card: The original ATK of this card becomes the ATK of that summoned monster. You can activate Field Spells in the Spell/Trap Card Zone as Continuous Spells instead. (Field spells activated by this effect are treated as Continuous Spells until they leave the field)
ATK/2800 DEF/4000.

Why would it being treated as a field spell do anything? Are you making an archetype that gains effects based on the number of cards that were originally field spells you control?

The copy attack seemed a little too specific so I just checked every summon... for balancing purposes I made it start out at 2800 since it can copy high ATK on summon anyway

I couldn't figure out how to make the doubling cost and effects work especially under the wind monster condition.

Cool card. Great fun!

It's actually pretty fun stuff, not gonna lie. It's relatively complex that there's a monster on the field that used more than 3 Tributes, but well, oh well. I'm also a bit uncertain about the part which mentions "The Original Attack of this card becomes the Attack of that card or 4000, whichever is higher". It's strange because the original attack IS 4000, sooo... redundant? If the original ATK was lower it would probably work better.

I agree with this, I was like

I'm... guessing the effect makes that any effect WIND monsters could have that have a COST, the cost is doubled (as in, if they discard 1 card, you gotta discard 2) but I could be very wrong xD.

I thought so to but also doubling the effect so if it gives them 500ATK it gives them 1000 instead... still hard to work with on certain cost and effects that are hard to do twice.

I agree. In general I feel the effect should be condensed into something clearer and simpler.

WIND monsters on the field that pay a cost to activate an effect must pay the cost two times. WIND monsters on the field that gain or lose ATK/DEF by their card effects gain/lose twice the normal amount.

A ton of experimental wording here, but at least it makes the effect be more understandable
