You can only Tribute Summon this card by using Dark attribute monsters. When this card attacks: this card gains ATK equal to the combined ATK and DEF of the monster this card is battling then negate the effects of cards in the same column of that card until the End Phase. This card cannot be destroyed by battle from a monster that has 2000 or more ATK(except while this card is in defense position) and if you would take any damage involving this card: you gain that much instead then your opponent loses 1000 LP. While this card is on your Field your monsters cannot attack and you cannot activate effects from your GY.

While this card is on your Field and you control one "Darkbolt the Magician Knight" you can add one "Darkbolt Reborn", "Dark Lightning", "Dark Lightning Sword", "Darkbolts Strike", or "Vase of Power". During your 1st Main Phase you can: banish one card on your opponents Field then you lose 1000 LP. You can only use the effects of "Darkbolts Storming Wave of Dark Lightning" one per turn.

-You can draw 2 cards then discard one card.
-Add one "Darkbolt" card from your Deck to your Hand
-Discard one card then target two cards in your GY: add them to your Hand.
-Target one "Darkbolt" monster: that target gains ATK equal to its original ATK but the effects of that monster are negated and it cannot attack directly.

2+ "Darkbolt" monsters
You do not have to use "Polymerization" to Fusion Summon this card.
When this card is Fusion Summoned this card gains 250 ATK/DEF for each "Darkbolt" card in your GY. This card cannot be affected by your opponents card effects. once per turn you can pay 2,000 LP and banish all cards on the Field (except this card). Your opponent cannot target this card for attacks but if this is the only monster card on your Field during the Battle Phase then change all monsters on their Field into defense position.

There's a lot to unpack here!

I wanted to say something first on the fusion; if it is not summoned using Polymerization, how IS it summoned? Just wondering.

Darkbolt the Magician Knight - I actually forgot, which direction was columns VS. lanes? Sorry, I'm dumb. If it's going across, the effects of Darkbolt would be negated, that's all. I could be totally wrong. Also, not sure how I feel about the "gain that much instead and make your opponent lose 1000 LP" thing. Seems like something that could easily be manipulated with specific cards for an OTK. Also, doesn't Darkbolt count as a monster, so it can't attack, either? Finally, there's no obligation to switch to Defense Position so far, which would be nice.

EDIT: How long does the ATK/DEF Buff last? Until the end of the damage step, right? If not, that's pretty terrifyingly overpowered. I'm 99% sure you just need to change the context a bit to make that clear.

---

Darkbolt's Storming Wave of Dark Lightning - This card is just fine (not in a bad, "non-good" way). I feel like the formatting could be changed to make the effects more clearly distinguishable from each other, but it's fine the way it is!

Darkbolt Reborn - Not much to say on this one. Simple but effective, I guess!

Dark Lightning - It almost feels too cheap to banish a monster for only 500 LP. I guess it could be negated, though, so it's probably fair.

Dark Lightning Sword - Almost unnerving with the amount of effects with no setbacks. Doesn't seem too overpowered at face value, though!

Darkbolts Strike - Whoa, hold it! I regret to inform you that, in my opinion, this card's effects are ridiculously overpowered. BANISHING all other cards for FREE? It doesn't help that this card can easily be Searched by other cards in this Archetype. Also, why is this a Counter Spell? It has nothing that I see doing any countering, just insane destruction. Not sure how exactly you could fix this card - everything needs to be nerfed here, and it has no setbacks, either, which is something you should add if you don't want to remove some of this card's power. Seems generally ridiculous, but you can fix it, I'm sure!

Vase of Power -

Column is up/down. also "Darkbolt the Magician Knight" is vulnreable to cards that make it switch to defense position EX: "Book of Moon". and you only gain LP if "Darkbolt the Magician Knight" is involved so your opponent can avoid involving that card. also for the fusion card you just have to send the cards to the GY if they are on your Field/Hand like a "Polymerization" and it will still count as a "Fusion Summon"

Also for the Darkbolt cant attack thing which card?

Thanks for clearing up the Column-Row thing, I'm stupid and that makes perfect sense now, although looking at it, that seems extremely OP. Disables potentially all of your monsters.

For your last question:

"While this card is on the field, your monsters cannot attack and you cannot activate effects from your GY."

This doesn't exclude Darkbolt from the effect, meaning it cannot attack. Didn't see any effects related to attacking with this card, though, so it wouldn't be too bad. Just thought I'd mention it. I'll edit in more thoughts in my first post.
