Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate that cards effects until the End Phase this turn. If this card is in your GY during your End Phase: Special Summon this card. You can only control 1 "Diabound Zorc".

If this card is sent from the field to the GY while you have 7 Millennium Counters on this card: Banish 1 Level 8 or lower "Diabound" monster you control or from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Diabound Zorc" from your Extra Deck. You can only activate 1 "Kul Elna" per turn.
