NEW ARCHETYPE: Circuitree

Circuitree is a Plant LIGHT archetype based on Circuitry and different types of plants/trees. The extra deck monsters are modeled after mythological treefolk. This archetypes play style is based on controlling the board through Linking your monsters and maintaining presence. My hope was that this would come out feeling semi balanced but still decent enough to come forward and actually do something. I pondered some combos that could be achieved but nothing out of this world came to mind. I can see definite potential for creating cards like Apollousa or Transcode Talker pretty easily but it would be at the expense of your decks health. Feedback would be appreciated. Here is the list:


Circuitree Hydrangea 2* LIGHT
Plant/Effect
ATK 0/DEF 1500

Cannot be used for a Synchro or XyZ summon. (Quick Effect): During your opponents End Phase if they control more monsters than you; you can special summon this card from your hand. If this card is normal or special summoned you can add 1 "Circuitree" monster from your deck to your hand. If this card is linked when its summoned, can add 1 "Circuitree" card from your deck to your hand instead. You can only use this effect of "Circuitree Hydrangea" once per turn.

Circuitree Maple 3* LIGHT
Plant/Effect
ATK 0/DEF 1800

Cannot be used for a Synchro or XyZ summon. (Quick Effect) If you control a "Circuitree" monster you can special summon this card from your hand. If this card is linked when its special summoned, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls, it loses ATK equal to its original ATK. You can only use this effect of "Circuitree Maple" once per turn.

Circuitree Mahogany 4* LIGHT

ATK 0/ DEF 2200

Cannot be used for a Synchro or XyZ summon. (Quick Effect): If you control a "Circuitree" Spell/Trap you can special summon this card from your hand or GY, but shuffle it to the deck it when it leaves the field. If this card is linked when its special summoned; you can target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field and destroy that target. You can only use this effect of "Circuitree Mahogany" once per turn.

Circuitree Willow 5* LIGHT
Plant/Effect
ATK 0/ DEF 2500

Cannot be used for a Synchro or XyZ summon. (Quick Effect) You can discard 1 card Special Summon this card from your hand then if this card was not Linked when it was summoned you can; immediately Link summon 1 LIGHT Plant-type monster from your Extra Deck using monsters you control. You can only use this effect of "Circuitree Willow" once per turn.

Circuitree Eucalyptus 6* LIGHT

ATK 2000/ DEF 2000
Cannot be used for a Synchro or XyZ summon. (Quick Effect) You can banish 1 Plant-type monster you control and special summon this card from your hand, then If this card is linked when its special summoned, you can add 1 Plant monster or "Circuitree" Spell Trap from your GY to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Circuitree Eucalyptus" once per turn.


Para-Circuitree Mandragora LIGHT

2 "Circuitree" monsters

When this card is Link Summoned you can activate 1 "Circuitree" Spell/Trap card directly from your deck. If this Linked card leaves the battlefield you can Special Summon 1 "Circuitree" monster from your hand or GY. You can only use each effect of "Para-Circuitree Mandragora" once per turn.

2+ Plant-type monsters

Monsters your opponent controls lose 200 ATK for each Link Plant monster you control. If this card is Linked all "Circuitree" monsters you control gain ATK equal to the amount that your opponents monsters have lost. Once per turn (Quick Effect): you can target 1 Spell/Trap card you control and move it to another appropriate zone that a Link monster you control points to. You can only control 1 "Para-Circuitree Dryad".

2+ Plant-type Monsters

"Circuitree" monsters you control gain 200 ATK for each "Circuitree" Spell/Trap card you control.  If this card is Linked all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to the amount of ATK your "Circuitree" monsters have gained. "Circuitree" Spell/Trap cards you control cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. You can only control 1 "Para-Circuitree Treant".

4+ LIGHT Plant-type monsters

All Plant monsters you control are considered Linked also all "Circuitree" monsters gain 1000ATK. When this card is Link Summoned you can Special summon up to 2 "Circuitree" monsters (one from your hand, GY or banish zone) but they have their effects negated until the End Phase.  Your opponent cannot special summon monsters or activate Spell/Trap cards in a zone where a "Circuitree" monster points to. You can only control 1 "Para-Circuitree Yggdrassil"

 

Circuitree Network
Field/Spell

Each time you activate the effect of a "Circuitree" card or Link summon a "Circuitree" monster; monsters your opponent controls lose 200ATK until the Standby Phase of the next turn. (Even if this card leaves the field). During your End Phase you can choose 1
- Shuffle 3 "Circuitree" cards from your GY to the deck and draw 1 card.
- Send 1 "Circuitree" card from your deck to the GY.

Complete Circuitree
Spell/Quickplay

Link summon 1 "Circuitree" Link monster from your Extra Deck using monsters you control as Link Materials. You can only activate 1 "Complete Circuitree" per turn. If a monster(s) that is linked would be destroyed by battle or a card effect you can banish this card from your GY instead.

Circuitree Inductor
Spell

Special Summon 1 "Circuitree" monster from your hand in face-up ATK position or if this card was Linked when it was activated you can Special summon 1 Plant monster from your deck instead but banish it at the beginning of the next End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Circuitree Inductor" per turn.


Circuitree Resistor
Spell/Continous

When this card is activated you can special summon 1 Resistor Token (LIGHT Plant-type Level 1" ATK 0/DEF 500) but it can only be used for the Summon of a LIGHT Plant monster. Once per turn you can target 1 "Circuitree" monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls Switch the ATK of those targets until the End Phase. You can only control 1 "Circuitree Resistor"


Circuitree Overload
Trap/Continuous

Whenever the ATK of an opponents monster whos original ATK was higher than 0 reaches 0; send that monster to the GY. If a link monster points to the zone this card is activated in, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; its ATK becomes 0 also its activated effects in the GY cannot be activated. You can only use this effect of "Circuitree Overload" once per turn. 

Circuitree Breaker
Trap/Normal

When your opponent activates a monster effect in this cards column Negate the activation and destroy that card. If this card is Linked; you can negate a monster effect in any column a "Circuitree" monster is in or that monster points to instead.
