Make A Synchro (and maybe a Tuner) Game

We're adjusting the old Make A Synchro Game with an added wrinkle.

Rules:
1. You will make a Synchro based on the prompt.
2. If you are making a Synchro for an archetype or series that does not have a Tuner, you must also make a Tuner to go with that Synchro.
3. You will then provide a new prompt at the end.
4. All YCM Forum rules apply.

To start off, I would like to see a Level 5 "T.G." Synchro that isn't a Tuner.

T.G Determined Defender

EARTH / Warrior / Level 5 / Synchro / Effect

ATK 1200 / DEF 2400

Materials: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "T.G" monsters.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "T.G" monster in your GY; add it to your hand. During either players turn, the first time this card would be destroyed (by battle or card effect): It is not destroyed. 

Next:

Level 8 Dark Magician and/or Level 7 Dark Magician Girl Synchro and an "Eyes of Blue" like Tuner to match.

Aspiring Magician Girl
DARK/Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect/Level 1/0 ATK/0 DEF
When a card or effect is activated that targets this card (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or higher Spellcaster monster from your hand or GY. When this card is targeted for an attack: You can negate the attack, and if you do, change the battle position of this card, then you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or higher Spellcaster monster from your hand or GY. You can only use 1 "Aspiring Magician Girl" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Palladium Magician Girl

1 Spellcaster Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner Spellcaster monsters
If this card is Synchro Summoned using "Dark Magician Girl" as material: You can Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your hand, Deck, or GY. If you control another Level 7 or higher Spellcaster monster (Quick Effect): You can activate 1 of these effects.
● Fusion Summon 1 Spellcaster Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters you control as material, including this card.
● Immediately after this effect resolves, Xyz Summon 1 Spellcaster Xyz Monster using monsters you control as material, including this card.
You can only use each effect of "Palladium Magician Girl" once per turn.

You can only control 1 "Ukiyoe-P.U.N.K Fantastic Leviathan". While your LP are equal or lower than your opponent's: This card is unaffected by other card's effects during the Battle Phase. Once per turn, you can pay 1200 LP; this card gains ATK equal to that amount, but the first time this card battles; your opponent takes half the damage that battle. At the end of the Battle Phase, if you activated this effect and this card battled: take 1200 damage or destroy this card. 

 

Next:

Accel 10 or 12 Divine Dragon Lord Felgrand Synchro monster.

Make an Accel Synchro for an engine that doesn't even have a regular Synchro? Make it Level 10 or 12 in an engine that requires monsters to be Level 7 or 8?

During your Main Phase: You can excavate the top 5 cards of your Deck, and if you do, change monsters your opponent controls to Defense Position equal to the amount of excavated Rock monsters. During your opponent's turn, if a WIND monster is in your GY (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Defense Positioned monster your opponent controls; return it to their hand. You can only use each effect of "Adamancipator Risen - Emeraloite" once per turn.

You can only use each effect of "Flintlock Dragon" once per turn.

Destructo Machinegun Dragon

DARK / Level 8 / Machine / Synchro / Effect

Materials: 1 DARK Machine Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters

DARK Machine monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, you can toss a coin up to thrice, and if any result is heads, destroy 1 card your opponent controls for each. If a DARK Machine monster is destroyed by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower DARK Machine monster from your GY.You can only use each effect of "Destructo Machinegun Dragon" once per turn.

To Synchro Summon this card, you can treat 1 Dragon monster you control as a Tuner. Once per Battle Phase, at the start of your Battle Phase: You can discard 1 card; negate the effects of all other face-up monsters currently on the field, also their ATK/DEF become their original ATK/DEF. During the Battle Phase, if you activated this effect this turn, each time an opponent's card effect resolves, this card gains 1000 ATK until the end of the Battle Phase, also, it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn.

Next: A Synchro with an effect that either A) Makes Traps faster/less costly to activate and Spells slower/more costly to activate, or B) makes Tuners easier to utilize while making Fusions, Xyzes, and/or Links harder to utilize.

Dragon / Synchro / Effect

Materials: 1 "Resonator" Tuner + 1 "Synchron" Tuner + 1 Dragon-type Synchro monster

When this monster is Synchro Summoned, you can add 2 Tuner monsters from your Graveyard to your hand that weren't materials for this monster. While this monster is on the field: Fusion and XYZ Summons can only be activated if a user discards 1 card from their hand, while Tuner monsters can be Special Summoned from the hand (once per turn). This effect cannot be activated the same turn as it was Summoned. 

ATK 3300 / DEF 2700

Next: A Cyberse Synchro that requires "Cyberse Integrator" as a Synchro material.

Cyberse Quantam Integrator

LIGHT / Level 9 / Cyberse / Synchro / Effect

Materials: 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner Cyberse monsters.

ATK 2800 / DEF 2000

If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can add 1 Cyberse Tuner from your GY to your hand. Once per turn, you can send 1 Cyberse monster from your hand or field to the GY; destroy 1 card on the field. If this card was Synchro Summomed using "Cyberse Integrator" as material, apply this effect:
● Draw 1 card, then you can Special Summon 1 Cyberse monster from your hand. This card gains 300 ATK.

Level 8 or 9 Gearfried Synchro monster.

Materials: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

ATK: 2800/DEF 2600

Effect:  "When this card is Synchro Summoned: target each non-Tuner Synchro Material Monster in your GY; equip it to this card as an Equip Spell card that gives this card 500 ATK. Once per turn, you can send 1 Equip Card equipped to this card to the GY; Apply 1 of these effects (Quick Effect):
•Negate the activation of a card that targets a monster(s) on the field, and if you do, destroy it.
•Target 1 monster on the field; destroy that target.
•Until your next End Phase this card cannot be destroyed by battle."

Must first be Synchro Summoned. If this card is Synchro Summoned using 3 EARTH Rock monsters with different names: You can activate this effect; banish those monsters from your GY, then target up to that many cards your opponent controls; destroy them. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. If this Synchro Summoned card leaves the field by your opponent's card: You can target 3 "Magnet Warrior" and/or "Electromagnet Warrior" monsters with different names either banished or in your GY; Special Summon them.

Zombie monsters you control inflict piercing.  If a Zombie monster(s) is sent to your GY: You can send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to the GY.  If a Zombie monster(s) is sent to your opponent's GY: You can banish 1 card from either player's GY.  You can only use each effect of "Infected General Mefist" once per turn.

Next: Make a Synchro monster that uses a specific monster as its NON-Tuner Material (i.e. "1 Tuner + "Blue-Eyes White Dragon")

Next: A Synchro Monster that is the evolved version of a non-Effect Fusion or Ritual Monster that already exists in the TCG/OCG (3 more Levels, more ATK/DEF, the works). Bonus points if it's not a Dragon or a Warrior.
