Whenever this card destroys a Level 4 or lower monster: Your opponent must send 1 card from their hand to the GY.

Whenever this card inflicts battle damage or effect damage to your opponent: You can target 1 spell/trap card on the field and destroy it.

This card can only be Fusion Summoned once per duel. Return this card to your Extra Deck during the End Phase of the turn after it was Summoned. During your turn: Your opponent cannot activate spell/trap cards. Negate the effects of monsters in your opponent's GY. Increase the ATK of this card by 300 for every DARK monster in the GY.

Looks sweet! Checking out these cards right now, I'll edit my thoughts in down below!

- Spear-Horned Beast: There might be some spots to add a "Once Per Turn" specification, but otherwise this card is perfect, and the effects are well-balanced!

- Spear-Horned Imp: Doubled piercing battle damage seems like...a bit much, considering that implies 3000 damage to your opponent's LP. Other effects are good, though!

- Artillery Fortress Dragon: Seems good, I like it! 2200 damage is a lot, but you have to tribute a monster to attack, so it's balanced out!

- Mammoth Golem: Also well-thought-out! This deals a lot of damage, but is hard to summon, too!

- Black Skull Sorcerer: This is a great card! Really cool!

This new set of cards is a huge improvement from the last one in terms of balance, and these cards are really clever! Good job!
