You cannot Normal nor Special summon this card except by its own effect. The effects and summon of this card cannot be negated. you can Special summon this card (from your Deck not from your hand) by Banishing one "Blue Eyes White Dragon" from your Field and two "Blue Eyes White Dragon"s from your GY then this card gains ATK equal to the highest ATK on the Field (your choice if tied) or if your opponent controls one "Dragonic Guardian of Red" make this card have equal ATK to that monster then (ignoring all effects on the Field) Special summon 3 "Blue Eyes White Dragon"s that are banished. If you control two or more "Blue Eyes White Dragon"s on the Field you can ignore "Dragonic Guardian of Red"s effect then Normal summon one monster from your Hand. "Blue Eyes-" cards you control cannot be destroyed by Battle and you lose no LP involving those cards.

If the controller of this card has "Mythic Blue Eyes Whitened Dragon" and the opponent has "Dragonic Guardian of Red" on their Field both Players lose 3,000 LP and if it is not a Draw or neither player won from this effect end the Duel or Match and then the Duel or Match will end as a Draw.you can only have one "End of the Universe" in your Deck, Field, GY. the effects of this card cannot be affected by either players

Mythic Blue Eyes Whitened Dragon is extremely powerful, but nothing too unfair. Very balanced card! That's difficult to do, considering how high up it is on the evolution scale. I see no problems with this card whatsoever!

End of the Universe, being the most Endgame of Endgame cards, is pretty cool. Considering how hard it is to meet it's requirements, it's a perfect way to end a duel with a big surprise and a final chance.

Good balancing for the Blue-Eyes! I like how Red-Eyes still has more though, it needs more.
