Joey the Questionable Guy
This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Red Eyes Potential" and no other ways. If you Special, Normal, Tribute, Link, Xyz, Synchro, Fusion, Pendulum summon any card on to your Field restart the Duel or Match or lose 2,000 LP (your choice)the summon of this card cannot be negated also this card cannot leave the Field or if it is a Match this card will be on your Field after the First Round on your First Turn. if you only have "Red Eyes-" cards on your field cards in your GY gains the following effects for each card: -4 cards- During your Draw Phase you can Special Summon one card from your Hand, GY, Extra Deck, or your Deck ignoring its summoning condition. -10 Cards- Apply the previous effect and this effect: You can draw 3, 2, or 1 card/cards from your deck during the Draw Phase. -20 Cards- Apply the previous effects and this effect your opponent cannot summon monster and cannot activate Spells for the rest of the Duel. If the number exceeds 30, restart the Duel or Match then place this card on the middle column of your Monster Zone but, this card loses all of its effects and loses 2,000 ATK and 2,000 DEF. If you control one "Legendary Black Dragon Knight of Red Eyes" Tribute that monster and Special Summon one "Dragonic Guardian of Red" and it gains 5,000 ATK and 5,000 DEF also, that monster is the only monster on your Field for the rest of Duel. If your opponent activates any card effects in response to this cards activation you can pay 3,500 LP to negate those effects and remove them from the current Duel. If your opponent controls one or more "Blue Eyes-" monster make that monster/monsters lose all of its effects then it loses 3,000 ATK and 2,500 DEF. This legendary Dragon Knight has only been seen once during the war of Dragonians. it has been told that this Dragon Knight had the potential to end the Universe and join forces with God. (This card is treated as a "Red Eyes-" an "Archfiend" and a Dragonian also, if you tributed one "Mythic Red Eyes Blackened Dragon and one "Black Knight of Red Eyes" to summon this card, add one "Red Eyes Potential" to your hand) Legend says that this Knight Befriended a Mythic Dragon but During the war with Mythic Blue Eyes Whitened Dragon he was sent to another realm forced to fight for eternity until the time came to fight with his friend once again. (This card is treated as a "Red Eyes-" and an "Archfiend") Also this card was inspired by "Gearfried the Iron Knight" Legend tells that this was the first of its kind and that it befriended a loyal Knight that would fight with honor and fight with this Mythic creature till the end of time, until the war with Mythic Blue Eyes Whitened Dragon no one knows what happened with the royal Knight. Also "Loyal Guardian" is like a secret mechanic for these cards where you cant lose LP when both of them are on the field.
Booloomer
Red-Eyes needs more cards, and this looks like a pretty good option to fix that. Dragonic Guardian of Red: The loss of 2000 LP cannot compare to restarting the duel. In my opinion, those two should not be interchangeable. Also, why is Ritual the only type of Special Monster Summon that is not listed? Just wondering. You could also just get rid of this first "restart-duel" effect entirely and simply bar the player from ever summoning monsters; unless you have other methods to gain LP which I haven't read yet, I don't really think the player would consider this punishment worth taking, ever. The 20-Card effect is literally just winning. Your opponent can't do anything unless they already have monsters on the field (which will easily be destroyed by this monster). I'd recommend thinking of something else for the 20-Card Effect. I still think restarting the Duel is rather extreme, but it does make a tiny bit more sense for the 30-Card effect. Red Eyes Potential: "Only monster on your field for the rest of the duel" seems slightly extreme. I'd recommend making it around 3 turns without summoning monsters or something. Also, this spell's first effect is already an effect on Dragonic Guardian of Red, so maybe delete that monster's version of this effect. You shouldn't have to pay 3500 LP to simply negate the effects of a negator effect sent against the spell card; pay, like, 750 LP at most. Instead, you should probably spend around 1500 LP or something to activate the effect that ruins "Blue-Eyes" monster's effect. Just my opinion. On the Non-Effect monsters, you should probably make the cards with Loyal Bond Effect Monsters, and explain how Loyal Bond works. The story is super interesting. Other than that, great cards! Love it!
Joey the Questionable Guy
12 minutes ago, Booloomer said: thank you for telling me this also "Dragonic Guardian of Red" is like leveling up if you will and it going through "evolutions" and is supposed to be extreme and i know some trap cards that can help you if you are fighting against "Dragonic Guardian of Red" (i will be making one after i send this out) also i will make an extreme hard to bring out red eyes ignoring the spell effect of not allowing other monsters on the field. also the big cost for the new red eyes i am making from the spell card. also i will be making a "Loyal Guardian" cards so that it can make more sense. Also thank you for checking the story out for them i will remake the spell (as a monster card so that it has that cool text ;) and "Dragonic Guardian of Red" so that it has a story too
Booloomer
Sounds great! Sorry, I'll keep in mind that these cards are made to be rather OP, due to how hard it is to get them on the field.
