Equip Spell Card
Equip to 1 "Meklord Emperor" monster or "Meklord Astro Mekanikle" you control. The equipped monster gains 400 ATK and DEF and the following effects.
* Once per turn (Quick Effec): Target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate the targeted cards effects until the End Phase this turn.
* If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage.
* Once per turn, when an opponents monster attacks another monster you control: You can change the target of the attack to this card.
* Once per turn, when an opponents monster attacks: You can negate that attack.
Monsters can only be equipped with 1 "Meklord Parts".

So Meklord Parts as its name would state is a reference to the parts the made up the Meklord Emperors as well as being used by Meklord Astro Mekanikle in the anime. Each of the effects from Parts is a refference to each part of a Meklord in order of Top, Attack, Guard, and Carrier. Lastly I added the monsters can only be equipped with 1 of this card at a time clause to avoid it becoming abusible with the Top related effect.

I remember the anime's Meklord parts...I wonder if they were going for an Exodia reference...they were a formidable threat for the whole season.
