ClemsContent
Card Type: Monster Types: Spellcaster/Fusion/Effect Level: 2 ATK/DEF: 1100/1100 "Apprentice Magician" + "Black Dragon's Chick" This card can be Fusion Summoned by sending the fusion material monsters from your hand and/or field to the GY. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by card effect: Do not destroy this card. Neither player can target this card with card effects. During your Main Phase: You can destroy 1 Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK. You can use this effect a number of times per turn up to the number of face-up Level 2 or lower monsters in your GY. Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card, and if you do that, this card gains 500 ATK. Sleepy
Ah I get it xD It's indeed a mini Red-Eyes Dragoon. -target protection -a bit of battle protection (which it IS pretty weak in stats) -OPT omni negate that slowly increases its stats -Pretty nifty one sided Ring of Destruction effect, that's actually interestingly balanced seeing how it only hits low Level monsters and Rank/Rating systems are fully immune. I'm pretty interested in how I'd use stuff like Creature Swap to give it a low level monster for this hehehe. The amount of protection is not too bad, and even though the materials are not particularly compatible, it is a good choice to make it not need Poly, making the Summon a lot more easily accessible while simultaneously disabling Verte Anaconda going for this card. Also low level garnets are a lot more manageable than high level ones, and you can argue they aren't even "garnets" because they contact fuse from hand xD I'm somewhat thinking about maybe it should only be able to be brought out by its own method because Instant Fusion still cheat out this card a bit too easily. Not sure 100% but would still suggest that to be safe, but overall great job.
