Loleo
From now on please remember to edit cards into the original post or make a new post. The first one is interesting and well made. Moray is great, but if you want it to work on the opponent's turn it should be a (quick effect). The third justifies the mediocre strength of the other 2 because of the lock. The best strategy would be using stormforth to summon it during your opponent's turn.

Also did you notice that only one of these cards are lv 4, while the others are lv 5 and 7?

Recovery serpent and the Gemini. I will say the level 4 and level 7 make the guys much more viable. (When I said first I was originally talking about Lamprey). Standalone the level 5s are really bad, but being what they are to the level 4 and 7 makes them better. The gemini doesn't need to be gemini and despite the additional necessary support of the level 4 and 7, the level 5 monsters should have slightly better effects with the exception of Lamprey. Oh I forgot to mention Posting a written version of the card bellow not only makes it easier to give feedback but also to read.
Problamatico
Name: Riptide Type: counter trap Effect: Activate only if your opponent attacks one of your "Swift Striker" monsters while you have 2 or more "Swift Striker" monsters face up on your side of the field. Send all cards on your opponent's side of the field to the owner's hand. Your opponent cannot set cards until their next turn.
Problamatico
Name: Raging Whirlpool Card Type: Quick-Play Spell Effect: Pay 1500LP. Banish all cards on the field except "Swift Striker" cards. Return all cards banished by this effect to the field during the End Phase.
Booloomer
These spell/trap cards seem extremely powerful, especially Raging Whirlpool. That card certainly seems like a duel-winner if you already have a set-up ready to attack your opponent, provided they don't have any hand traps. The LP cost seems reasonable, though. For the future, just edit your initial thread with these new cards added. You can reply or post on your thread, declaring what card's been added or edited. I made them level 5 so you would play A Legendary Ocean with them since they'd become level 4 due to the effect. Thus they would be more viable.
