You can only use this effect of "Magna Nova Drago" once per turn.

If you control a FIRE Dragon Synchro monster, you can activate this card from your hand. Activate this card when your oppnent activates a Spell/Trap card or a monster effect while you control a FIRE Dragon monster. Negate the activation and destroy it, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of a FIRE Dragon monster you control with the highest Level x 200 (if you control 2 or more monsters with the same Level you choose 1.) You can only activate 1 "Magna Flare" per turn.
