You can only use this effect of "Steam Conductor" once per turn. If this card is used as Xyz Material to summon a Machine Xyz monster, you can treat this card as a Level 10 monster. ATK/1400 DEF/1200 A card to help train decks where it can mill a high powered machine to search Special or Urgent Schedule from your Deck and can also treat itself as a Level 10 for Machine Xyz monsters.
