You can only use this effects of "Number 39: Utopia Mars Blade" once per turn. At the start of the damage step, if this card attacks opponents monster: Double this cards ATK during damge calculation only (This must be the second attack in order to activate and resolve this effect.)

I get the reference, however all the doubling might be excessive.

When summoned via Number 39: Utopia Double this goes to 10k, then 20k from Double or Nothing and then 40.000 ATK from its own effect.

Made the slight edit of it making it so the first double up only works when used with OG Utopia instead of any Rank 4 Utopia.
