Both of the above effects are a little underwhelming especially for the required materials. Maybe make it 1+ and the second effect useable each standby phase (including your opponent's).

or treat a monster on your field count as two tributes for the tribute summon of a level 6 or level 7 monster.

Any level 1-12? Do you just declare it at the start of your turn?

-1 red eyes B.D., 1 Blue eyes W.D., 1 Odd eyes P.D. banish one card on your opponent's field then all Void monsters you control gain 1,000 ATK and 1,000 DEF (this effect can only be used every 3 turns.

Make the ATK/DEF gain 800 each but a quick effect and change the "every 3 turns" to "You can't use this effect again until the Standby phase of your next turn"?

At the end of your turn If this card is in ATK change it to DEF then you lose 1,000 LP.   at the end of your turn if this card is in DEF change it to attack then you gain 500 LP. during your opponent's turn if this card is in DEF Void cards you control cannot be affected by cards.

Seems like too many gimmicks at this point.

you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card remove 3 cards on the field from the current duel (this effect can only be used twice per duel.

So, banish or actual remove from the game? I wish it was something like "1 card for each void monster you control" and this also turns off the other effects because you lose material. This effect is really hard to activate and turns off a lot of abilities so I don't think it deserves the twice per duel clause even as is.

Looks like a 3500/3000 beater with one decent effect not worth trying to pull off. What are you thinking for the use? Have a cool reason behind the effects? Got an idea in mind for voids?

iam trying to make a gimmick of "Void" monsters were they can remove cards on the field to either be banished or removed and this card is kind of the boss monster of the theme. it is supposed to be hard to pull off because you are removing cards on the field and the Void monsters are beaters so trying to make it somewhat fair. thanks for some of the tips :)
