Loleo
Performapal Monarch Mo (Flavor text that doesn’t appear on the card: Mo is known as the performance lord, controller of the stage dazzler of audiences that submit to their rule) DARK Level 6 Pendulum/Beast/Effect scale 9 2400/1000 Pendulum: while this card is in your pendulum zone if a monster is tribute summoned draw one card. During the end phase you can tribute summon this card from your pendulum zone. Regular effect: Unaffected by effects of monsters summoned from the extra deck. Cannot be destroyed by battle with a monster summoned from the extra deck. If a monster is summoned from the extra deck deal the controller 1000 damage. If a pendulum monster(s) would be sent to the extra deck shuffle them into the deck instead. During either player's end phase: you can place this card from the field into an empty pendulum zone. My friend plays Performapals and Monarchs so I made a combo card.
Pommelo
Your work being ignored surely feels horrible, right? Honest question: How many Tribute Summons a Monarch Deck does on average per turn? I'd like to know because if they tend to do 2 or more (which I imagine is the case) having this card sitting in the Pendulum Zone is a brutal advantage. Think back of what I said about the Greed series and how Konami is crazy serious about not letting them be +1s and on top of that they normally have nasty restrictions like "lul, you can't SS this turn" or "your opponent doesn't take further damage this turn" etc. Then we have that yeah, this PE depends on the Tribute Summons, but in a Deck specifically meant to do that... you can imagine. What's more, this effect has no HOPT, meaning you could "stupidly" fill both Pendulum Zones with copies of this and draw 2 cards per Tribute Summon, and disregard the fact that you can't Pendulum Summon with 2 copies if you're not running Pendulum strategy. Flundereezes will have a laugh with these, imo. In regards of the Monster effect, never say "deal X damage". I think it should be worded like "Each time a player Special Summons a monster(s) from the Extra Deck, they take 1000 damage for each Summoned monster. Still many issues in regard of Capital Letters and lowercase usage: Caps after colon. pendulum zone ---> Pendulum Zone summoned ---> Summoned, and this extends to every kind of Summon, like the Tribute Summon used here and Set. extra deck ---> Extra Deck pendulum monster ---> Pendulum Monster, and this extends to every kind of monster, as long as it's not "monster" alone. Pendulum Monster, Fusion Monster, Xyz Monster, etc. end phase ---> End Phase Final effect says "you can place this card from the field into an empty pendulum zone." Essentially, this means you could move the card from 1 P Zone to the other, but since AFAIK there are no monsters with uneven Pendulum Scales, this would be pointless. I think that for the sake of the effect looking more... pro to call it somehow "During either player's End Phase, while this card is in your Monster Zone: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone" Omit the "empty" zone, not needed

Ideally, they don't need to Summon more than 2 in one game (Majesty/Vanity) to floodgate stuff and hit things from there. Capacity? Between Squires, Escalation, the regular Summon, and not so common cards like Dark Advance, Rival Arribal, Free Range Monsters, etc.... I'd say it wouldn't be too unrealistic to aim for 4 if the stars align. Typical Floonderweezee turn though xD

Flundereezes will have a laugh with these, imo. They can do at best 3 but it requires very specific setup and 3 specific cards: Ecalation and Ehther. These cards could allow for 2 tribute summons on your opponent's turn. I made this card a long time ago and with the new addition of Flundereeze this card would be banned probably because they can probably tribute 3-4 times in a turn if they tried. In regards of the Monster effect, never say "deal X damage". Pendulum Monster, Fusion Monster, Xyz Monster, etc. end phase ---> End Phase Ah how I progressed I didn't fix any of this from the old card. Final effect says "you can place this card from the field into an empty pendulum zone."
