Loleo
@Rayfield Lumina You have inspired me to make a double monster reborn hand trap Rabbit Mask and Risen Ashes (A play on so many things, Ash, monster reborn, @Zefra Zamazenta's rabbit, Ghost ogre and snow Rabbit, and a reference to Japanese mask tradition) FIRE Psychic/Effect/Tuner 0/1800 If a monster activated an effect and it is in the GY (Quick Effect): Target it and discard this card; Negate the effect and Special summon the targeted monster, then your opponent may Special Summon one monster from either GY. The original name Was FOX mask and Risen Ash. What do ya think?
Rayfield Lumina
Unmistakably, this effect will cover every effect of monsters activated in the GY, but am I right in thinking you also want to count the effect of a monster whose activated effect made itself be sent to the GY as cost? For instance, other Ghost Girls would be eligible. In my understanding, Costs are paid immediately at the moment of activation, so it's clear the monster itself would be in the GY at the time you chain with this card to an "activation" and it would be targetable... I think, I'm really not 100% sure. In the off case you only wanted to count monster effects activated specifically in the GY: When a monster effect is activated in the GY (Quick Effect): You can target it and discard this card; negate the activation, and if you do, Special Summon that target, then your opponent can Special Summon 1 monster from either GY. Regardless of if the above wording is of use or not, note how I used can instead of may and 1 instead of one, try to avoid using those because they aren't used at all. Oh, and btw, your current effect is mandatory. That means that at the first activation you'd have to use this card. You don't want that.

Oops thanks for those. Oh, and btw, your current effect is mandatory. That means that at the first activation you'd have to use this card. You don't want that. Does that apply to hand effects to? Regardless, I know writing can is better. Speaking of which, I'm thinking of making the negation of the activated effect optional.
