You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or GY) by banishing 1 Spell Card from your hand or GY. You can only Special Summon "Doom Volstgalph" once per turn this way. Each time a Spell Card is activated place 1 Spell Counter on this card. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each Spell Counter on this card. If this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Spell Counters on this card x 300. If this card would be destroyed by an opponents card, you can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card instead.

This and Gilfer used to be my favorites.
I think name needs a fix. Des on cards like the original Des Volstgalph means it was Death in Japanese. It gets censored to both Doom and Des on different cards. Another example is Doomcalibur Knight is Deathcalibur Knight - Bakura uses it.

I can't think of any names, but you think of many suitable ones.

Effect is good, so good that with all of them it sounds like it has too much staying power after being too easy to play in the middle of combos. Maybe at least make the Spell Counters come off at the end of dealing damage by its effect or End Phase of a turn where it destroyed something.
