If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or higher Fiend monster that is banished or in your GY; shuffle it into your Deck, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Dark Bat Token" (DARK/Fiend/ATK 0/DEF 0) with the same Level. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate this effect, except DARK Dragon Synchro Monsters. You can only use each effect of "Batty Resonator" once per turn.
