Can you help me with the OCG in this effect, and maybe if you can help with the capitalization. It's a pretty hard effect to word out correctly, mainly because it's so long, and quite out-of-the-box. Also maybe even tell me if there's anything I should add.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.  This card can only be Special Summoned by sending from the field to the Graveyard, 5 face-up DARK Spellcaster-Type monsters with 1500 ATK or more.  When this card is successfully Special Summoned, you and your opponent draw 1 card and show the card you draw.  This card gains the following effects based on the type of cards you and your opponent draw.
* If you draw a Monster Card and your opponent draws a Spell Card, your opponent must skip his/her Draw Phase for the next 3 turns.
* If you draw a Monster Card and your opponent draws a Trap Card, neither you or your opponent can attack directly in the next 3 turns.
* If you draw a Spell Card, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly during the turn this card is summoned.
* If you draw a Trap Card, this card can attack twice in the same Battle Phase during the turn this card is Summoned.
When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard as a result of battle, you may pay 1000 Life Points to place this card on the top of your deck.
