This card can only be Ritual Summoned by "Failed Hope for Earth" also when this card is Ritual Summoned this card gains the effects of the monsters used to summon this card for the rest of the Duel and this card gains 750 ATK and 500 DEF for each Zombie type card in both GY's but this card loses 250 ATK and 100 DEF for each card that is not a Zombie type monster. When your opponents activates a Spell effect that would make any player lose LP gain how much either player would have lost x2 then (while this card is on your Field) you gain that much LP during each Battle Phase. If you would lose LP while this card is on your Field, this card gains ATK equal to how much you lost then you gain 500x each Zombie card in you GY. When this card is sent to the GY Special summon this card then banish three or less monsters on your opponents Field then this monster gains those monsters effects.

The attribute of this card is treated as Earth and Water. This card cannot be destroyed by battle nor card effects and you take no battle damage involving this card. While there is a card/cards in your opponents monster zone this card cannot be affected by cards and those monsters lose all half of their ATK/DEF. You can only Special Summon this card and can Special summon this card by "Natures Calling" and you must banish 5 monsters from your Field. During each Standby Phase of both players turn this card gains 500 ATK/DEF. If this cards ATK 10,000 ATK/DEF by its own effect then add one "Godzillas Atomic Ray of Annihilation" to your hand then this monster loses half of it ATK/DEF. If this card would lose ATK or DEF from an opponents card effect: negate the effect, banish the card then you gain 1000 LP.

If you control one "Godzilla the King of Monsters" on your Field make that monsters ATK/DEF become 0 then remove all cards from your opponents Hand, Field, and GY from the current Duel then all monsters in your opponents Deck are to be put at the bottom of their Deck (you chose what order they go in) then your and your opponents LP becomes 2000 (if they are lower than 2000 keep their LP the same). Once per turn during you turn you can Special Summon any monster from your Deck or you can pay 2,000 LP, banish this card then Special Summon one "Godzilla the King of Monsters" from your Hand,GY,Deck, or Banished Zone.

If you control one "Godzilla the King of Monsters" on your Field, have already activated "Godzillas Atomic Ray of Annihilation" and has been past 3 turns since activating it, have not won the Duel: end the Duel automatically then the winner will be undecided or if you control one "Godzilla the King of Monsters" you can banish every card in the Duel (except your "Godzilla the King of Monsters" and one Monster card of your opponents choice that would have been or was banished from their side of the Duel) then your "Godzilla the King of Monsters" gains 5,000 ATK/DEF for each card banished by this effect and your opponents monster must be changed to attack position and looses its effects after this effect resolves. The effects and activation of this card cannot be negated

I made this as a counter to a few God cards, just for fun.

this cards real name is Create Code Talker but Crecode Talker sounded cooler and fits with the theme of Code Talkers

You can Link Summon this card by using Cyberse type monsters from your Hand and Field or using 2+ "Code Talkers" on your Field instead. This card cannot be destroyed by effects and this cards effects cannot be negated. When a monster is Summoned to one of the zones this card points to: you can Special Summon a Cyberse type monster from your Deck, GY, or Hand and that monster cannot be destroyed by battle. While this monster is colinked with a "Code Talker" and this cards bottom three arrows point to the Spell/Trap Zone you can treat your Spell/Trap Zones and Field Spell Zone as a Monster Zone. If you would use this card as material for a Link Summon, this card will not go to the GY then add one "Cynet World Restarted" or one "Cynet Enlarged World"to your Hand.

During your Draw Phase instead of your normal Draw you can choose one of these effects:
-You can chose a monster of your choice and Special Summon it.
-Set one Spell or Trap on your Field.
-Add one "Antibiotics" to your Hand from outside of the Duel.
-Add one "Adrenaline Dose" to your hand outside of the Duel.
-Add one "Box of Supplies" from outside of the Duel.
The effects of this card cannot be negated and you cannot summon Link,Xyz,Fusion,Synchro,Pendulum,Ritual monsters for the rest of the turn.

Target one monster on your Field then that monsters ATK becomes 3000 and the DEF becomes 4500 also that monster cannot be affected by effects and the effects of that monster cannot be negated also you Draw two cards every Draw Phase until the 5th End Phase of this cards activation.

You can target one monster and that monster gains 500 ATK times how many monsters are on your opponents Field and that monster cannot be affected by card effects until the third End Phase of this cards activation and after the third End Phase of this cards activation that monster loses all of its effects and half of its original ATK/DEF.

You can only activate this card once every three turns. When you activate this card, you gain 1000 LP, your monsters gain 1000 ATK 1000 DEF, then you draw 3 cards or you can draw until you have 6 cards in your Hand.

so i dont know how much this would cost but i have Spell card but its called a Magic card instead of a Spell card i tried to figure out how it costs but i can't seem to figure it out the card name is "Soul Release" and the effect is

Select up to 5 cards from either you or your opponent's Graveyard and remove them from the current Duel

and if i am correct the current "Soul Release" says to banish them instead of removing them from the current duel. Also is it illegal to play the card in Duels? and if anyone finds out what is its value? also i think this card was the first version of "Soul Release"

Pendulum Effect:

You can place this card in the middle of your Spell/Trap Zone when this card is placed in your Pendulum Zone, then while this card is in that zone you can Pendulum Summon monsters level 1 through 12 then if any of those monsters are "Odd Eyes" or "Phantom Knights" monsters, those monsters cannot be affected by your opponents effects the turn they are Pendulum Summoned. If you would Xyz Summon a monster that lists "Dark Rebellion" or is a "Dark Rebellion" that monster does not have to detach materials to activate its effects for two turns.

 

Monster Effect:

3 level 8 monsters
You can Xyz summon this card by using one or more "Rebellion Xyz Dragon" monster then transfer its materials to this card and you can use one or more "Odd Eyes" Dragon type monsters on your Field. When this card is Xyz Summoned using 3 level 8 monsters your opponent cannot affect monsters on your Field that are Xyz Summoned and their original type is Dragon. If this card is Xyz Summoned using a "Rebellion Xyz Dragon" and/or "Odd Eyes" Dragon type monster: your "Odd Eyes", "Rebellion Xyz Dragon", "Phantom Knights", "Lyrilusc", "Performapal" monsters cannot be affected by your opponents card effects and they gain 250 ATK for each card on your Field. You can detach one material from this card then all monsters on your Field gain ATK equal to the ATK of this card then this cards ATK is doubled then all cards on your opponents Field cannot activate their effects. When this card is sent to the GY place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

You cannot Normal Summon but can Special Summon this card by Tributing one "Odd Eyes Phantom Dragon" on your Field. Your opponent cannot target this card for attacks but this card cannot stop your opponent from attacking directly. When this card would attack a monster that has higher ATK or DEF you can make that monster lose ATK or DEF equal to the original ATK of this card then negate the effects of that card. If this card is sent to the GY you can Special Summon one "Odd Eyes Phantom Dragon" from your GY or Extra Deck.

Cannot be removed or targeted by card effects. When this card is Xyz summoned you can: ● Draw 4 cards ● Add 4 cards from  your deck to your hand ● Make your opponent discard their entire hand and destroy all monsters they control ● Special summon any Xyz or Pendulum monster from your Extra deck ignoring its summoning conditions. If this card is sent to the GY; discard 1 card Special summon it. Each time a Xyz monster is Special summoned; draw 1 card and if you do  this card gains 2500 ATK and 5000 DEF. Once per turn; You can banish 1 card from your GY and if you do take control of one of your oppnents monsters for the rest of this turn. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this cards activation.

When this card is summoned; Special summon "Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon" and "Raidraptor - Final Fortress Falcon" This card has an infinte amount of Xyz materials. Once per turn; You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card and if you do draw 3 cards also you can Special summon 1 monster from the GY. If this card is on the field; All "Raidraptor" monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF for each card in your opponents GY. All cards you control become immune to other card effects. If this card is destroyed; Place it in the Pendulum zone. This card always has double as much ATK as the monster with the highest ATK on the field. Each time your opponent draws a card; You gain LP equal to the combined ATK and DEF of that monster. If it was a Trap card or a spell card that your opponent drew; This card gains the effects of that spell or trap card until the end of this turn. If this card declares and attack; Add any card from your deck to your hand.

Once per duel; You can discard your entire hand and if you do Special summon any card from anywhere (even your opponents deck) ignoring its summoning conditons. Once per turn; Discard 1 card and if you do draw 2 cards. If your opponent has a Link monster on their side of the field; draw 3 cards, destroy all of your opponents monsters ignoring their effects and Special summon any Raidraptor card from your hand/deck or Extra deck. If  "Raidraptor - Final Fortress Falcon is on the field; You can transfer any amount of Xyz materials to other Xyz monsters you control. If you detach one Xyz material from this card; Destroy 1 card on the field. You can only use this effect of "Raidraptor - Eclipse Falcon" trice per turn.

1 non-Tuner Synchro Monster - 4 Dark Tuners

In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a "Dark Tuner" monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card. Unaffected by other card effects. Your opponent cannot activate card effects during your turn only. Once per turn; You can discard 5 cards and if you do destroy all your opponents monster then inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined ATK and DEF of the cards destroyed by this effect. If a Spell/Trap card was destroyed; Special Summon 4 "Dark Destruction Token" (Fiend/DARK/Level 13/ATK 4500/DEF 0) If this card is destroyed; Special Summon 1 "Frozen Fitzgerald", 1 "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and 1 "Red Supernova Dragon" from your hand/Extra or GY ignoring their summoning conditions. Once per turn; You can banish 4 cards from your deck and if you do this cards ATK and DEF becomes 587,964 until the end of the duel.

You can only have one copy of "Ankh the Object and God of Rebirth". You can only activate this card if you draw this card during your Draw Phase then you must remove 3 "Monster Reborn"s from your Deck in the current Duel. Six times per turn (Quick effect) you can select any card from either players GY then place that card on your Field (face-up or face-down) then depending on what type of card it is apply these effects:
-Trap: You can Draw 3 Cards then Discard 1 Card.
-Spell: You can Discard 3 Cards then place one monster from your Extra Deck to the GY.
-Monster: You gain LP equal to the monsters original ATK then your opponent Draws 1 Card and if it is a Spell/Trap they have to send one card on their Field to the GY.
After you activate this cards second effect both players send one card (of their choice) from their Hand,Extra Deck,Banished Zone,Field or Deck to the GY. This card cannot be affected by either players cards. Once per turn the control of this card is switched and the previous controller of the card gains 2000 LP. If a monster would attack a defense position monster: inflict Piercing battle damage and the effects of Monsters,Spells, and Traps are negated until the End Phase of the attacking players turn. If the original owner of this card would lose the Duel: Special Summon this card on the their Field as a (level 12/Fairy/Effect/Light/ATK1500/DEF5000) and replace this cards effect with this effect: {This card cannot be affected by either players card effects and when this card is Special Summoned you gain 8000 LP but it automatically becomes your opponents 1st Main Phase. Once per turn you can Special Summon one monster from either players GY}

 

also i do realize that you can only have one copy of "Monster Reborn" in your Deck so you cannot play this in a regular Duel then you would have to play a R.C.D. (Rule Change Duel) 

and if you do not know what R.C.D. is as the name suggests you can change some (5 or less) rules or in the game: limited, ban summoning, just about everything
