Formula 1 2022 Prototype

Formula 1 is bringing a big rule change for next year, so let's celebrate that with a card.

This is meant to work with the F1 cards I previously made, the latest iteration of which you can find here: Formula 1 - 2021 season

Pendulum Effect: 
You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Formula 1" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. When a "Formula 1" monster(s) is Special Summoned to your field: You can draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Formula 1 2022 Prototype" once per turn.

Monster Effect:
2+ "Formula 1" monsters with the same Level (max.5)
(This card's original Rank is always treated as 12.) Must be Xyz Summoned. Gains 1000 ATK/DEF for each material it has. During each of your Standby Phases, you must detach 1 material from this card (this is not optional), or this card is destroyed. If this card in a Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place it in your Pendulum Zone. This card gains these effects, based on the number of materials it has: *1+: If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. *2+: Cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's card effects. *3+: Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Formula 1" monster from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. *4+: Your opponent cannot activate monster effects from the hand. *5: Once per turn: You can banish all cards your opponent controls, face-down.

 

This is meant to be a boss/win condition, and also meant to be kinda OP since it's a celebratory card. The actual 2022 F1 cards will be nowhere near the power level of a 5-mat Proto.

From Here up perfectly fine (with the exception of rank, but I'll get to that.

Why not just do level 4s because that is the best level for this and limits its use at least a little

I think this was an issue on some of your other cards, but it doesn't have to be a restricted summon in text it is implied. Also, if this was to prevent summoning from GY you shouldn't because this card is a horrible revival target not to mention since it is a pendulum it returns to the extra deck and can't be pendulum summoned since it has no level.

: After activation requirement. It is mandatory as long as you don't say "You can". Sending to the GY prevents protection BS.
