You can only Special Summon "Seal Shark" once per turn this way. If your opponent activates a card or effect that would target or destroy a WATER monster(s) you control (Quick Effect): you can banish this card from your GY; negate the activation and destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Seal Shark" once per turn. If this card is used as Xyz Material for a WATER Xyz monster, you can treat this card as a Level 4 or 5 monster.
