Tinkerer
A few things: 1. None of your monsters send things by a card effect. Knight sends by cost and Neo MK sends as part of its summoning condition (I don't think it is treated as an effect). 2. Why no retrain of Mechanicalchaser? It's the only other card besides Robotic Knight that has "Machine King" in its lore text. 3. Technically, I suppose "Beast Machine King Barbaros Ur" would be a "Machine King" monster. You might want to restrict the cards to machine monsters so you can exclude it. 4. In terms of balancing: Pop 2 seems too powerful for Lancer, especially since you are likely gaining a benefit from its removal anyway. Other than those concerns, I like this support for one of my favorite old monsters!
