You can only use the following effects of "Elemental HERO Iron Knight" once per turn. * If your opponent activates a card or effect that would target or destroy a "HERO" monster you control (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then, negate that cards effect and destroy it. * If this card is used as Fusion Material for a "HERO" monster, and sent to the GY or banished: Add 1 "HERO" monster except "Elemental HERO Iron Knight" that banished or from your GY to your hand. Plus, i guess it can insulate against Ghost Ogre and Gamma, for all that might be worth. Still, if i remember right, i think the choke in modern Hero builds was like, Ash on the Increase, wasnt it? So, in the end, is less of an insulator and more of an end board piece. Wait, no, nvm, i just noticed it also blocks Nib. Yeah, the card looks sweet.
