If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until after damage calculation. You can only use each effect of "Scope-Eyes Borreload Dragon" once per turn. * (Quick Effec): You can also Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by tributing 1 "Borreload" monster you control (This Special Summon is treated as a Link Summon.) * (Quick Effect): You can target 1 monster on the field; the targeted cards ATK and DEF become 0 until the End Phase this turn, also, during the Battle Phase this turn, if this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piericing battle damage.
