Ultimagamer
Maiden of the Aqua Level 4 / Water / Aqua / Effect 700 attack / 2000 defense As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the field is treated as "Umi" (however, there is no increasing or decreasing of ATK/DEF due to "Umi"s effect). If there is an active Field Spell Card on the field, this effect is not applied. I've been seeing some Umi combos playing this card since you can summon it off of Kairyu-Shin of the Reef, which makes Physalia and the retrained level 5 Kairyu-Shin even more consistent. I'm not sure if it's actually reliable with the restriction. This card was printed before the field spell rule change where only 1 player can have 1 field spell. Does the effect not apply if only your opponent controls a field spell? (I'm really hoping this is old text, and that trap trick can be reliably played with Reef and Torrential for maximum Umi)
Tinkerer
Well, this month's VJUMP promo is supposed to be a Maiden of the Aqua retrain. Maybe people are using the original to anticipate possible plays with its successor?
Loleo
Something like "If neither player controls a field spell: This card is treated as "Umi"" + modern effect addition to make her playable probably.
